How to Prepare Design and Links?
Logos, business names, short text, and links can be sent via the product form or WhatsApp. The prepared digital design is sent to the customer before production; production does not begin until the layout and links are approved.
Printed QR codes are static and their destination addresses cannot be changed after production is complete. Models with NFC are programmed for the first time by Komut UV; NFC links can be updated by the customer later using a compatible writing application.

Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
Every product undergoes quality control before packaging and is securely handed over for shipment.
