Plus Series QR Panels
A Sign That Quietly Does Its Job on the Counter
When a customer enters a business, they first look around. The tables, the products, the cash register, the signs on the wall... When they leave, their eyes often catch the small details on the counter. A QR sign that reads “Review us on Google,” “Follow us on Instagram,” or “Scan for menu” starts doing its job right at this point. There is no need to tell anyone a long account name. The customer takes out their phone, scans the code, and reaches the page they want to go to in a few seconds.
We prepare Plus Series QR Signs for businesses that want a bit more than just displaying a QR code. More eye-catching than the Eco Series and offering wider options in terms of size and design, these models can be used at the checkout, at the reception, on the table, or at any point that the customer can easily see. Since it is not too large, it does not occupy space, and it does not get lost like a small paper printout.
The models in the series start from 10 × 15 cm and go up to 30 × 20 cm. Some are designed vertically, others horizontally. As the size increases, it becomes possible to place multiple QR codes, social media icons, descriptive text, a logo, or contact information on the sign. Smaller models are suitable for businesses that want to provide a single direction and do not have much space on their tables.
Every Business Has Different Needs
The most important link for a coffee shop might be the digital menu. A beauty salon might want to show its Instagram account, a clinic might want to increase its Google reviews, and a store might want to receive orders via WhatsApp. Some businesses need a single QR code. Others want to gather several different links, such as Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, and their website, on the same sign.
For this reason, we do not use a single type of sign layout in the Plus Series. What information will be on the sign is determined by what you want the customer to do. A short explanation can be added under the code, social media icons can be used, or the business logo can be placed in a more prominent spot. While the design is being prepared, attention is paid not only to it looking good but also to ensuring that someone seeing it for the first time can immediately understand what the sign is for.
Because simply placing a sign with a black and white square on it in front of the customer is not always enough. When a short phrase like "Scan to leave a review" or "View our menu" is placed next to the QR code, the purpose of use becomes clearer. People are more willing to scan when they know where the code will take them.
We Use 4 mm Plexiglass
We produce Plus Series models from 4 mm thick plexiglass. Plexiglass provides both a smooth and modern appearance for desktop signs. A transparent and shiny look like glass can be achieved, but it is lighter and more practical for daily use. When cleaned correctly, it maintains its neat appearance for a long time.
The 4 mm thickness prevents the product from feeling thinner than it should in the hand or on the table. At the same time, the sign does not turn into a heavy and bulky structure. This balance is important, especially in areas that are frequently touched during the day, such as checkout counters, reception desks, and restaurant tables. The product makes its presence known where it is, but it does not look so large or cumbersome as to overshadow the products around it.
We apply the design of the signs to the plexiglass surface using the UV printing method. The logo, text, colors, and QR code are prepared as a whole. Thus, there is no appearance of a paper being glued on or a standard sticker being added later. Since the design is rearranged according to the size of the plexiglass, the text is not unnecessarily squeezed in a small model, and empty spaces are not left uncontrolled in a large model.
We Determine the Color According to Your Business
A sign might be beautiful, but if it doesn't match the space it is in, it looks like an afterthought. That is why in the Plus Series, we can prepare the design not only according to the model but also according to the business's colors. The colors you use in your logo, the tone of the tables, the wall color, or the general decoration can be taken into account.
For example, in a simple and bright clinic, white, light gray, or blue tones might look more harmonious. In a wood-heavy cafe, cream, brown, or warm colors can be preferred. Pink, fuchsia, and pastel tones can be used in beauty salons; black, navy blue, and sharper transitions can be used in businesses serving in the technology or automotive fields.
The goal here is not to make every sign as colorful as possible. Sometimes the right use of two colors yields more stylish results than combining many colors. Especially for the QR code to be read easily, there must be a sufficient color contrast between the code and the background. While the design is being prepared, scanning ease is kept in mind as much as aesthetics.
Some Models Also Feature NFC
While some QR signs in the Plus Series have an NFC feature, some models work only with a QR code. This difference is indicated in the product details. In models that only have a QR code, the customer opens their phone's camera and scans the code. In models with NFC, the link can be opened on the screen when a compatible phone is brought close to the sign.
NFC is especially useful in areas where the customer is moving quickly. At payment points, receptions, or busy businesses, bringing the phone close to the sign can simplify the process. Still, the QR code remains on the sign. Thus, customers who do not use the NFC feature or have this feature turned off on their phone can reach the same link by scanning the code.
Since not every business needs NFC, we do not produce all Plus Series models with NFC by default. Options with or without NFC can be chosen according to the area of use and the selected model. For a business that only wants to show a digital menu on the table, a QR code may be enough. Businesses that want a faster and contactless experience can examine the models with NFC.
A Small Model or a Larger Sign?
When choosing a size, it is not enough to just look at the empty space on the table. How much different information will be on the sign is also important. Smaller models like 10 × 15 cm may be enough for a single QR code and a short explanation. For example, if you are only going to direct to a Google review page, a small and simple sign may do the job.
If it is desired that several different links such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google review, and digital menu are on the same sign, larger sizes should be preferred. Models that go up to 30 × 20 cm allow information to be placed without mixing with each other. The logo can be more visible, and a short text explaining what each QR code is for can be used next to it.
Larger sizes are also more advantageous in places where the sign needs to be seen from a distance. The product on a restaurant table can be small because it will be examined up close. A sign to be used at a hotel reception, a store checkout, or a large waiting lounge is noticed more easily when chosen slightly larger.
Makes Requesting Google Reviews Easier
Although every satisfied customer intends to leave a review, most people forget to do so after leaving the business. Finding the business's Google page, selecting the correct location, and reaching the review section makes the customer go through extra steps. A Google review QR sign standing at the checkout or exit point shortens this path.
The customer sees the code while making a payment or before leaving the business. When they scan it with their phone, they can be directed straight to the relevant page. Having a short and sincere reminder on the sign also creates a more natural image. Instead of a directive expression like "Give us 5 stars," a clearer and kinder text such as "Would you share your experience?" can be used.
In the larger models of the Plus Series, an Instagram or WhatsApp link can be added next to the Google review QR code. Thus, the customer can review, follow, or contact the business through the same sign.
Different Links From Menus to WhatsApp
Plus Series QR signs are not only used for gathering reviews. They can be used to direct to a digital menu in restaurants and cafes, to Wi-Fi or contact information in hotels and apartments, to a product catalog in stores, and to an appointment line in hair and beauty salons.
Businesses that receive orders via WhatsApp can take the customer directly to the messaging screen. Businesses that want to grow their Instagram account can use the profile link. Businesses that share IBAN information can direct to the necessary page for payment or to a prepared digital information screen. A website, campaign page, location information, PDF catalog, or online reservation screen can also be defined for the QR code.
What is important here is that the link sent is correct and active. It is good to check the link by opening it from a different phone before ordering. If an incorrect username, old menu link, or incorrect phone number is used, the customer will be directed to the wrong place even if the sign is printed correctly.
What Is Requested From You During Design Preparation?
For a Plus Series QR sign order, first of all, the links to be used are required. The Google review page, Instagram profile, WhatsApp number, digital menu, or website link is forwarded to us. Then, the business logo, preferred colors, and the phrases you want to be written on the sign are determined.
Sending the logo as a clear file directly affects the print quality. Small and blurry logos sent as screenshots can have their edges distorted when enlarged. If you do not have a vector logo, sending the image with the highest resolution possible yields better results.
One should also avoid adding too much text to the sign. The customer does not want to read a long explanation at the table. A header, a short directive text, and the QR code are usually sufficient. If more than one code is to be used, short expressions explaining what each code is for, such as "Google," "Instagram," "Menu," or "WhatsApp," can be found under each code.
It Doesn't Have to Be Showy, Looking Neat Is Enough
A business looking professional is not always about large signs or expensive decorations. Sometimes, small conveniences provided to the customer are more memorable. Not having to search for the menu, finding the business's account in seconds, or reaching payment information quickly makes the customer's job easier.
Plus Series QR Signs are exactly one of these small but useful details. With their 4 mm plexiglass structure, UV-printed design, size options ranging from 10 × 15 cm to 30 × 20 cm, and NFC feature offered according to the model, they can be adapted to different businesses.
When examining the models in the series, it is enough to think about where the sign will stand, at what distance the customer will look at the sign, and how many different links you need. You can choose a small and simple model, or a larger sign that gathers multiple directions in the same place. Prepared in line with your logo, colors, and links, the Plus Series QR sign does not look like a product added later inside your business, but as if it belonged there from the beginning.
