Sometimes a Sign Tells the Story of a Business's Character at First Glance
When you enter a business, certain details immediately catch your attention. The arrangement on the desk, the materials used, the placement of the logo, and the small conveniences offered to the customer… All of these provide an idea about the business before even a single word is spoken. The QR signs we prepare in the Elite Series are exactly that kind of detail. They do not remain just a code to be scanned by a phone; they become a part of the counter, reception desk, or table where they are placed.
Our goal in preparing the models in this series is not to use as much decoration as possible. It is to combine material, shape, and function to create a product that looks deliberate, even when viewed from a distance. Some models make their presence known through the weight and brilliance of glass. In others, layered plexiglass adds depth to the design. In the models we craft from oak, the natural wood texture comes together with the technological convenience of QR codes and NFC.
Therefore, no two signs in the Elite Series look the same. The vibe of a brightly colored design prepared for a beauty salon can be completely different from a minimalist glass model prepared for a corporate office. Although the production method may be similar, the resulting product is shaped by the business's logo, colors, and intended use.
A Layered Design Instead of a Flat Surface
One of the most distinct features of Elite Series models is their layered production. Logos, social media icons, QR code frames, text, and decorative pieces can be placed as separate layers on top of the main body. Thus, the design is not just a print. Some pieces stand out, some sections remain in the background, and a stronger sense of depth is created when the product is viewed head-on.
As seen in the images, in one model the business name might be placed at the top while QR codes and icons are used at different heights. In another model, a separate figure, logo area, or customer service section can be added to the side of the sign. Although the product looks like a single piece, it is actually prepared by carefully assembling different components.
This layered structure prevents the design from looking lifeless, especially on large, empty surfaces. It also directs the customer's gaze to important sections. A Google review code, Instagram link, or payment area does not get lost among other details. It is much easier to understand what each section is for.
The Weight and Stance Provided by 10 mm Glass
The Elite Series also includes models we produce from 10 mm thick glass. When you pick up a glass sign and place it on a table, its weight is felt. It has a different stance compared to a desktop product that is thin, moves easily, or looks flimsy. Glass models are a strong option, especially for hotel receptions, clinics, corporate offices, restaurants, and businesses that desire a more serious appearance.
Glass models are prepared as single-sided. Thinking that the design will be read from the front, the logo, QR code, icon, and text placement are done accordingly. When the glass's own brilliance is combined with the print applied to it and the added layers, a simple yet striking appearance emerges.
In addition to standard shapes, custom-cut work can also be done for glass models. The top line and side contours of the product can be modified according to the business's logo, sector, or desired general form. Not every design may be suitable for every cut; however, the model is evaluated before production to determine the applicable shape.
A cut reminiscent of a tooth form can be prepared for a dental clinic, softer and oval lines for a beauty center, and a straight and balanced form for a corporate business. This way, the sign doesn't just bear the business's name; it can also explain what it does through a small detail.
The Colorful and Free Side of Plexiglass
The 4 mm plexiglass models in the series allow us to work more freely in terms of color and shape. UV printing can be applied to plexiglass, pieces in different colors can be cut, and these pieces can be layered to create a multi-layered structure. Vibrant fuchsia, black, white, gold, silver, or shades close to the business's corporate colors can be used together.
In plexiglass models, the boundaries of the design do not have to end with a simple rectangle. Arch-shaped bodies, rounded top sections, hearts, teeth, or different decorative forms can be prepared. The logo can be highlighted as a separate piece. Frames can be added around QR codes. Social media icons can be made more prominent with cut plexiglass pieces rather than printing.
This freedom is especially useful for beauty salons, hair salons, boutiques, cafes, businesses targeting children, event companies, and brands active on social media. The vibrant colors used in the business's interior can be continued on the sign. For those who want a simpler design, a more controlled look can be prepared with a single-color background and a few bright details.
An elite product does not necessarily have to be dark-colored or overly flashy. Sometimes a light background, a correctly placed logo, and a few prominent layers make the product look much cleaner. While preparing the design, one must consider the area where the sign will stand as much as the business's sector.
Technology and Natural Material Together in 15 mm Oak
The Elite Series models we produce from oak are 15 mm thick. The natural texture of the wood can show small variations in each product. The direction of the grain, tonal transitions, and the natural appearance on the surface give the sign a different feel than identical, factory-made products.
Another feature of oak models is that they can be prepared as double-sided. This allows the sign to be used not only from the front but also from the back. In the middle of a table, at a counter that receives customers from two directions, or in a large reception area, this structure provides a significant advantage. While Google reviews and Instagram links might be on one side, WhatsApp, payment, or a different service area can be used on the other.
The base structure of the wooden models also supports the overall weight and balance of the product. When placed on a table, you get a sign that does not tip over easily and stands firmly where it is placed. It is important, especially in high-traffic businesses, that the product does not move or tip over with a slight touch.
Oak looks quite harmonious in cafes, restaurants, hotels, bungalows, apartments, real estate offices, architecture firms, and businesses where natural materials dominate. It does not look like a plastic product added later in a space with wooden decoration. Despite carrying digital features like NFC and QR codes, it preserves its natural structure.
NFC Convenience Alongside QR Code
Elite Series models feature NFC technology. When a customer brings their NFC-enabled phone close to the relevant area on the sign, the defined link can open on their screen. This allows for a faster redirection without needing to open the camera app and align the code.
The QR code is still located on the design. Because not every customer may have their NFC settings turned on, or some users may be more accustomed to scanning QR codes. Using both features together gives the customer a choice. They can bring their phone close to the sign or scan the code with their camera.
The NFC area is not used only to redirect to a social media account. A Google review page, WhatsApp contact line, digital menu, website, payment page, catalog, location, or online reservation link can be defined. Depending on the needs of the business, QR codes and NFC can be directed to the same address or arranged for different links.
Multiple Transactions Can Be Gathered on One Sign
The wide and layered structure of the Elite Series is suitable for gathering multiple links on the same product. Businesses often do not just want Google reviews. Customers might also need to follow an Instagram account, communicate via WhatsApp, see current prices, or reach payment information.
In this case, a separate section can be prepared for each transaction on the sign. A Google icon can be used next to the Google review code, an Instagram icon next to the Instagram link, and a bank or currency symbol in the payment area. The customer can understand what each code is for without even reading the small text.
However, it is not always right to add all possible links to the sign. Too many QR codes and descriptions can make the product look complicated. Selecting the areas the business truly needs yields better results. Showing three or four important transactions in an orderly manner is more useful than squeezing eight different links into small spaces.
Design Shapes According to the Business
In the Elite Series, after a ready-made model is selected, we do not simply change the logo and start production. The business's logo, corporate colors, links to be used, and text requested to be on the sign are evaluated together. The structure of the chosen model can be preserved, but the colors and layout inside can be rearranged according to the business.
Some customers want one of the existing models with their own logo. Others request a shape, figure, or completely different layout special to their business. Since the production features of glass, plexiglass, and oak are different, the design is prepared according to the chosen material. A thin piece that can be applied in plexiglass might not be producible in the same way in glass. A detail that looks good in wood might create a different effect in colored plexiglass.
Therefore, before production, we look not only at visual appeal but also at the durability and daily use of the parts. If there are very thin connection points, protrusions that can easily break, or colors that make reading the QR code difficult, the design is corrected accordingly.
The Location of the Product Is As Important As the Design
A QR sign needs to be noticed as easily as it looks good. A large glass sign to be used on a reception desk and a product on a small cafe table should not be of the same size and structure. If there is limited space on the table, a more vertical form can be preferred. In a wide counter, a horizontal model with multiple links can be used.
Double-sided oak models can be seen from two directions in the middle of a table. Glass models can be utilized better in an area with a closed back or in front of a wall. Plexiglass models, thanks to their colors and special shapes, can stand out more easily among products or decoration.
Indicating approximately where the sign will be placed when ordering helps in choosing the right design. Whether the customer will look at the sign closely or need to see it from a few meters away affects the QR code size and the placement of the text.
Logo and Links Must Be Sent Correctly
Before production, it is important to send the business logo as a high-quality file as possible. A small screenshot can look blurry or distorted when applied to a large surface. If a vector logo is available, the best results are obtained with this file. If there is no vector file, a high-resolution PNG or similar clear image can be used.
The links to be used in the QR codes must also be up to date. The Instagram username, WhatsApp phone number, Google review link, and website must be checked before ordering. After printing and cutting are complete, the relevant part may need to be re-prepared to change an incorrect link.
The short descriptions to be on the sign are also determined at this stage. Expressions such as “Review us on Google,” “Our social media accounts,” “Scan for menu,” “Reach us via WhatsApp,” or “Our payment options” can be used. It is enough for the text to tell the customer what to do; long explanations often fill the design unnecessarily.
More Than Just an Advertisement Placed on a Table
The mission of Elite Series QR Signs is not to constantly show advertisements to the customer. The main goal is to ensure they can quickly reach the link they need and to do this with a product that befits the general look of the business. People may not scan the code every time they see the sign. However, even knowing where the link is the moment they need it is an important convenience.
The weight of the 10 mm glass models, the color and shape freedom of the 4 mm plexiglass models, and the natural texture of the 15 mm oak models give a different feeling. Layered parts, custom cuts, and the NFC feature also make these materials more than an ordinary QR code carrier.
For some businesses, a flashy and colorful plexiglass model is the right choice. Others prefer the simpler and heavier look of glass. In a venue with wooden decoration, a double-sided oak sign fits more naturally into its environment. There is no single correct model here. The right product changes according to the style of the business, the area of use, and the transactions it wants to offer to the customer.
When examining the models in the Elite Series, you can look not only at the number of QR codes on the sign but also at its material, layered structure, and the area where it will stand. The chosen model is prepared in line with your logo, colors, links, and the redirections you need. The resulting product does not look like a sign temporarily left on the table, but like a piece specially produced for the business.
