How are Designs and Links Prepared?
Logos, business names, short texts, and links can be submitted via the product form or WhatsApp. The prepared digital design is sent to the customer before production; production does not proceed without approval of the layout and links.
Printed QR codes are static and their target addresses cannot be changed after production is completed. NFC-equipped models are programmed by Komut UV for the first time; NFC links can be updated by the customer later using a compatible writing application.

- Give your approval: Test the QR targets by phone and provide clear confirmation for production.

Before production, a design approval is submitted to you when necessary. Production will not proceed without your approval. Following the completion of the approval process, your product is prepared in accordance with the specified technical and quality standards.
Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
Every product undergoes quality control before packaging and is securely handed over for shipment.
