How Are Designs and Links Prepared?
Logos, business names, short text, and links can be submitted via the product form or WhatsApp. The prepared digital design is sent to the customer before production; no production begins until the layout and links are approved.
Printed QR codes are static and their destination addresses cannot be changed after production is complete. Models with NFC are programmed by Komut UV for the first time; NFC links can be updated later by the customer using a compatible writing app.

The destination of a printed QR code cannot be changed after production. In models with NFC, the NFC link can be reprogrammed with a compatible app.

Before production, a design approval is submitted to you when necessary. Production will not proceed without your approval. Following the completion of the approval process, your product is prepared in accordance with the specified technical and quality standards.
Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
Every product undergoes quality control before packaging and is securely handed over for shipment.
