How Are Designs and Links Prepared?
The logo, business name, short texts, and links can be submitted via the product form or WhatsApp. The prepared digital design is sent to the customer before production; production does not begin until the layout and links are approved.
Printed QR codes are static and their destination addresses cannot be changed after production is complete. Models with NFC are programmed for the first time by Komut UV; NFC links can be updated by the customer later using a compatible writing application.

Can QR and NFC links be changed later?
The target of a printed QR code cannot be changed after production. In models with NFC, the NFC link can be re-programmed using a compatible application.

Before production, a design approval is submitted to you when necessary. Production will not proceed without your approval. Following the completion of the approval process, your product is prepared in accordance with the specified technical and quality standards.
Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
Every product undergoes quality control before packaging and is securely handed over for shipment.
