How Are Designs and Links Prepared?
Logos, business names, short text, and links can be submitted via the product form or WhatsApp. The finalized digital design is sent to the customer before production; production does not begin until the layout and links are approved.
Printed QR codes are static, and destination addresses cannot be changed once production is complete. For NFC-enabled models, initial programming is performed by Komut UV; NFC links can be updated by the customer later using a compatible writing app.

Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
