Production, Print Control, and Protective Packaging

As Komut UV, we carry out design, UV printing, product control, and packaging processes in our own production center. After design approval, the product is taken for printing, and upon completion, the logo, name, date, text alignment, plate surface, and velvet box are checked.

Standard production time is generally 1–3 business days, depending on order density and product quantity. In bulk works where each is to be prepared with a different name or text, production time may vary depending on order details.

The award plate, once checked, is placed into its navy blue velvet box. The plate and box are then placed in a durable shipping carton, supported by protective packaging to help reduce impacts and friction that may occur during transport.
