How Are Designs and Links Prepared?
Logo, business name, short texts, and links can be submitted via the product form or WhatsApp. The prepared digital design is sent to the customer before production; production does not proceed until the layout and links are approved.
Printed QR codes are static, and their target addresses cannot be changed after production is complete. Models with NFC are programmed for the first time by Komut UV; NFC links can be updated later by the customer using a compatible writing application.

Before production, a design approval is submitted to you when necessary. Production will not proceed without your approval. Following the completion of the approval process, your product is prepared in accordance with the specified technical and quality standards.
Since products are customized for individuals or businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the event of an error originating from production or printing, the necessary support will be provided.
Every product undergoes quality control before packaging and is securely handed over for shipment.
