DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Buyer:
A real or legal person who makes a purchase through the Seller's website, creates a membership, or places an order.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the buyer through www.komutuv.com. It is prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products ordered by the buyer may include personalized or general-purpose digital items, promotional products, printed materials, business cards, labels, or similar items. The quantity, features, and total price are specified during the order and confirmed by the buyer.
Payment Method: Online payment or bank transfer.
Delivery: Delivered to the address provided by the buyer via courier or cargo.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL TERMS
- The buyer acknowledges having read and approved the basic characteristics, price, payment, and delivery details of the ordered products electronically.
- The product will be delivered to the buyer or designated address within the legal timeframe.
- The seller is not responsible for issues arising from third-party deliveries.
- The seller is responsible for delivering the product undamaged, complete, and as specified in the order.
- If the payment is not made or canceled, the seller is not obligated to deliver the product.
- In case of unauthorized card use, the product must be returned within 3 days at the buyer's expense.
- If delivery is not possible due to force majeure, the buyer will be informed and the order may be canceled or postponed.
- If the product is faulty under warranty, return shipping is covered by the seller.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the product delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, resellable, and not custom-made. The invoice and product must be returned to the seller. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Customized products (with name, logo, dimensions, etc.)
- Software, CDs/DVDs, toner, cosmetics, and perishable items
Products made upon the buyer's request are non-refundable.
ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Samsun Consumer Courts are authorized. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
