MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed between the real or legal person (“Member”) who becomes a member of the www.komutuv.com website (“Site”) operated by Komut Yazılım Üretim ve Baskı Çözümleri İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”) under the following terms and conditions.

1.2. Member: The person who shares their information during registration and electronically approves this agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement defines the conditions for the Member’s access to and use of the Site, the services provided, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Service Content
Through the Site, members are provided with various services such as customized product orders, promotional items with company logos, order tracking, and campaign notifications. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these services without prior notice.
4. Membership Registration and Password Security
- The Member agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If any information changes, the Member is responsible for updating it immediately.
- The Member is responsible for the security of their account information and password. The Company shall not be held responsible for unauthorized actions arising from the Member's negligence.
5. Protection of Personal Data
The Member’s personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties. The Member can contact [email protected] to exercise their rights under the relevant law.
6. Member's Obligations
- The Member agrees to comply with applicable laws, public order, general ethical rules, and the terms of this agreement while using the Site.
- The Member is responsible for all transactions made on the Site. If it is determined that the Member violates the rights of others, engages in fraud, or provides misleading information, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site (design, text, images, logo, software, etc.) belongs exclusively to the Company. The Member may not copy, share, reproduce, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Membership Cancellation
The Member may terminate their membership at any time by closing their account. The Company also reserves the right to cancel membership unilaterally if the Member violates the agreement or site rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service through the Site. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or updates. In such cases, the Company shall not be held liable.
10. Use of Membership Information
The Company uses the information provided by the Member only for service delivery, campaign notifications, and legal obligations. The Member agrees to the processing of this data within legal frameworks.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be published on the Site and will become effective from the date of publication.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts in the Company’s jurisdiction shall be authorized. Turkish Law shall apply.
13. Enforcement
By completing the membership form and approving this agreement, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the above terms.
