Click the "Sign Up" button at the top right, fill in your information, and join the Komut family for free within seconds.

Special campaigns, order tracking, design history, and address management — all are available exclusively to registered users.
🛒 Can I place an order without registering?
Yes, with the komutuv.com infrastructure, you can place an order as a "guest user". However, we recommend creating an account for order tracking and history access.

📧 I want to change my email address.
Once logged in, go to the “My Account” page to easily update your email address.
🔑 I forgot my password, how can I log in?
Click the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen and follow the link sent to your email to set a new password.
🔐 How can I change my password?
After logging in, use the “Change Password” section to securely set a new one.

📍 How can I change my address information?
Go to the “My Addresses” section in your account to edit or delete your existing address.
➕ How can I add a new address?
Click the “Add New Address” button in the “My Addresses” section to save a new shipping/billing address easily.
💳 How can I delete my saved cards?
Managed through your Masterpass account. Card details are stored by the payment provider, not in the Komut system.
👀 Where can I view my saved cards?
We don’t store any card data. Therefore, your credit card details are not visible on our platform.
📨 I don’t want to receive SMS or emails. What can I do?
You can manage your preferences in the “Notification Settings” section of your account. You can also use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of emails.
❌ How can I delete my membership?
Click the "Delete My Account" button in your membership panel to cancel your membership.
